For construction of a modern energy-efficient fruit storage facility with a capacity of 1 200 tons of products in Kyrgyzstan, PH Insulation has manufactured and delivered over 2 620 square meters of PIR Premier wall sandwich panels and 10 sliding refrigeration doors. The building is planned to be commissioned within three months.
It was the first time we worked with PH Insulation, but we already knew about the company as a leader in the production of PIR sandwich panels. So we had no doubts that everything would go well. In the near future we plan to expand and build even larger facilities together with PH Insulation.

Sandwich panels for the fruit storage facility are made in signal white color RAL 9003 on both sides. The thickness of sandwich panels – 100 and 120 mm.
Due to low thermal conductivity of up to 0.0194 W/(m*K) PIR Premier sandwich panels provide excellent insulation properties to maintain the necessary temperature and humidity levels inside the fruit storage facilities. This is crucial for preserving the freshness of the fruits.
The building is also equipped with PH Insulation's 10 sliding refrigeration doors with reinforced hardware by PH Insulation. Sliding doors allow for unimpeded movement of products, unlike hinged doors that obstruct the corridor when opened. PH Insulation manufactures the extra durable hardware for sliding door, with its service life increased by 1.5 times through the modernization of its elements –compared to similar products.
In Kyrgyzstan PH Insulation’s sandwich panels and doors are used for construction of refrigerated storages for the food industry, sports complexes, office and warehouse complexes, private homes, and other facilities.
